Employee Work Meeting of Waqaf Al-Muhajirien Foundation Discusses Evaluation and 2026/2027 Program Plans
Al-Muhajirien Jakapermai Waqf Foundation held its Employee Work Meeting (Raker) as part of the preparation for the 2026/2027 work program planning. The three-day event, held from May 27–30, 2026, took place within the foundation environment and was attended by the foundation board members, Heads of Division (Kabid), Heads of Department (Kabag), Heads of Subdivision (Kasubbag), heads of administration from all schools under the foundation, and the Principal of MI Al-Muhajirien.
The work meeting served as a forum to evaluate ongoing programs while preparing strategic plans for the upcoming academic year. During the sessions, each division presented its program achievements, activity evaluations, challenges faced throughout the year, and proposed initiatives for the 2026/2027 period. The preparation of these plans aimed to ensure that every division and unit operates in alignment with the foundation’s overall vision and mission.
Several future development plans were highlighted during the meeting, including strengthening partnerships with external institutions and strategic collaborators, expanding educational and organizational activities, and developing a foundation podcast as a communication and information platform. These initiatives are expected to support service improvement, human resource development, and broader public engagement in educational and Islamic programs.
In addition to planning future programs, the work meeting also aimed to strengthen coordination among divisions, improve organizational effectiveness, and build stronger collaboration across all units within the foundation. Through this annual agenda, the foundation hopes that all programs and strategies formulated during the meeting will contribute to the continuous development of educational quality, organizational performance, and public trust in Waqaf Al-Muhajirien Foundation Jakapermai.
